Shipping Terms
Please note: This English translation is provided solely for informational purposes. In case of any inconsistency, the German version shall prevail and is legally binding.
1. Scope
These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop courthill xix (courthill xix OG, Hans-Stehrer-Weg 7, 5350 Strobl, Austria). Shipping is provided exclusively within the European Union (EU). No shipping is provided to countries outside the EU.
2. Shipping Carriers
Shipping is carried out via shipping carriers selected by courthill xix (e.g., Post, DHL, UPS, DPD, or similar providers). Customers cannot choose a specific shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process and depend on the order value. Free shipping is offered for orders with a minimum value of €200.
4. Delivery Time
The delivery time within the EU is generally approximately 14 business days, unless otherwise stated in the offer or product description.
In case of delays due to supply shortages or transport issues, we will inform you promptly.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, we will provide you with a tracking number.
6. Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer when the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
7. Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted if they are reasonable for the customer and do not cause significant additional costs. Shipping costs are charged only once, unless otherwise indicated during the checkout process.

9. Force Majeure
In the event of delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, official measures, or other unforeseeable events, delivery times shall be extended accordingly.
10. Liability
courthill xix is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Liability for simple negligence is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
